I was shocked the first time I saw the Ubuntu login screen display Ocelot Oneiric 11:10. Login Screen posted this actually looks more elegant than pendalulunya, ubuntu 11:04 Natty Narwhal.
Hihi, I immediately comment on why the design of the display Ubuntu login screen 11:10 Oneiric Ocelot? Of course, since the display is the first to be directly viewed. Performance, of course, be assessed after a while trying to run applications and settings that I normally use everyday.
Please understandable in this review I commented more on display. And of course what I say here is my subjective opinion, as a normal / average user who has been using Ubuntu since Ubuntu 6.06 Dapper Drake for everyday purposes. Please note for this review I write about the experience using Ubuntu Ocelot at 11:10 Oneiric Acer Travelmate 6291. so the experience can be different with different hardware also vary.
Of course after the Unity desktop is open, the first time I click on the Dash Home:

If you have previously used Unity Desktop Manager on Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal, the display Dash Home This alone is a sufficient reason to upgrade to 11:10 Oneiric Ocelot. This polished look that has been answered in earlier versions clutter to find the application / program that will be run.
Files and documents that we put in the home folder will be very easily found by typing in the Search Box. Maybe there are settings that I do not know. But the Search Box is not I can use to quickly find files on an NTFS partition though non linux partitions I had mounted.
Dash a little short on the new Home is in my opinion is minimize and close buttons in the top left corner that looks rough and less consistent with the concept of Unity window. More confusing again. Dash Home transparent eye hurts when we have a lot of open window of a program. Yes what i have to minimize all windows before pulled Dash Home button?

Software Center. I do not think that changing the design of this center software Canonical is not so much because I have heard a lot of design changes to promote Oneiric Ocelot. Again in the new Software Center, there are many well paid applications for Ubuntu.
Nautilus on Ubuntu 11:10
Nautilus. File Manager with this new design looks more integrated with Desktop Manager. Search the top right there on the Nautilus to run faster in my opinion.

Multi Arch. These are features that I never imagined would exist in Ubuntu. Once this is a new feature I like most in Oneiric Ocelot. Multi Arch help me to install Ubuntu 32 bit applications to 64 bit that I always install. Previously I was forced to install i386 apps to run on 64 bit platforms. Of course that with: sudo dpkg-i-force-architecture that is sometimes causing a lot of errors. Printer driver from Canon is designed for linux 32 bit also now have a smooth run in Oneiric Ocelot.
Hardware detection. In Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal, Modem Speedup my Telkomsel is not going well so used even with the help of Sakis3G script, now in Ubuntu Ocelot Oneiric 11:10 I feel very well. I generally just one click to get a connection to the Network UMTS / GSM. Perhaps this excess Oneiric Ocelot is using kernel 3.0.
